U.S. Small Business Administration’s 504 Loan Program

The SBA 504 Program offers small business owners access to long-term, fixed-rate financing of up to $5 million. Businesses with a net worth less than $15 million and average net income under $5 million are eligible and loans must be used for purchases, construction, improvement or modernization projects that promote business growth and job creation.
