The new Texas Logistics Center in Port of Victoria offers multiple incentives for businesses needing access to water and rail transportation. One of these valuable incentives is the Capital Access Program, which increases access to loans for Texas small- and medium-sized businesses and nonprofits. To be eligible, at least 51% of employees must be located in Texas. In addition, funding must be used for working capital or the purchase, construction, or lease of capital assets, including buildings and equipment.
